WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE!

What is the Cheyenne Day of Giving?
We are a non-profit organization, led by Cheyenne congregations and supported by local business and community groups. Our focus is on providing an opportunity for the people in the Cheyenne area to come together in an effort to help the sick and the economically disadvantaged.

When is the Cheyenne Day of Giving?
The high point of our yearly efforts is a one-day event at the Kiwanis Community House in Lions Park on the Friday before Mother’s Day. The Fifth Annual Cheyenne Day of Giving will be held on May 7, 2010.

How can I give?

On May 7, the entire community is invited to give in many ways:

  • Drop off non-perishable food and personal care items are to be sorted and donated to these local charities according to their wish lists: Cheyenne Interfaith Hospitality Network, Comea House, Home Away From Home, Needs, St. Joseph's Food Pantry, Salvation Army, Safehouse Services, and Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless.

    County Centralized Pharmacy.

  • Donate gently used durable medical equipment to Wyoming Independent Living for use by clients who need them and cannot afford them on their own.
